No. Minnesota legalized adult-use cannabis for anyone 21 and older. You do not need a medical card, a doctor's recommendation, or any special registration to shop with us.

Any valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older:

• Driver's license (any U.S. state)
• State-issued ID card
• U.S. passport or passport card
• Military ID

Expired IDs are not accepted. We ID every customer, every time.

In store, we accept cash and debit card (there's an ATM on-site if needed). Online pickup orders are paid at checkout by ACH or debit card. Credit cards are not currently accepted in either case, a common limitation for cannabis businesses due to federal banking restrictions.

Not at Levitated. We are a retail store and do not hold an on-site consumption endorsement, so everything you buy leaves with you in its sealed packaging. Please don't use cannabis in our store, in our parking lot, or in your vehicle.

Minnesota law does allow on-site consumption at specifically endorsed establishments — and even there, only edibles and lower-potency hemp edibles, never smoking or vaping. We simply aren't one of those venues. You can use what you buy from us in a private residence, on private property where the owner permits it, or at a licensed on-site consumption establishment. Yes. We offer discounts for veterans and seniors (65+) — just show valid ID at checkout. We also run a first-time visitor offer and rotating daily deals. Ask your budtender about what's currently available, or check our deals when you place an online order.

Under Minnesota law, per-transaction limits are:

• Flower: 2 oz (56 g)
• Concentrate: 8 g
• Edibles: 800 mg THC total

Because cannabis products cannot re-enter regulated inventory once they leave the store, all cannabis sales are final. If you believe a product is defective, was mislabeled, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with your receipt and the product in its original packaging — we'll make it right and work with the manufacturer as needed.
