Corcoran sits between Lake Street and 36th Street, from Cedar Avenue east to Hiawatha Avenue. Since Hiawatha is the neighborhood’s eastern edge and also our street, getting to Levitated at 4145 Hiawatha Ave is about as simple as directions get: go south.
Getting here from Corcoran
By car
Take Hiawatha Avenue south from Lake Street or 32nd Street, past 38th Street, to 42nd Street. From the Cedar Avenue side of Corcoran, it can be quicker to take Cedar south to 42nd Street and then go east to Hiawatha. Parking in our lot is free.
By transit
Lake Street/Midtown Station is at Corcoran’s northeast corner. Take a southbound Blue Line train one stop to 38th Street Station; the store is about half a mile south of there.
By bike
From the Midtown Greenway, cross Hiawatha Avenue on the Sabo Bridge, pick up Minnehaha Avenue’s bike lanes southbound, and turn west at 42nd Street. Bike racks are out front.
One light rail stop away
Corcoran is home to South High School and to the Midtown Farmers Market near the Lake Street light rail station, and the Midtown Greenway runs just north of it.
Our hours are 10 am to 10 pm Monday through Saturday and 11 am to 6 pm on Sunday, so there’s time to stop in after work or after an evening on Lake Street.

- Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you’re 21 or older. We check every customer, every visit.
- In store we take cash and debit card. Online pickup orders are paid at checkout by ACH or debit card.
